Terms and Conditions

  • Merchandise is non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase.

  • All merchandise purchases must be picked up in person. Delivery is not available.

    Early Bird purchases (July 22 – September 15) may be picked up at our office, located at 1888 Brunswick St., Suite 800, Halifax, NS, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please contact our Box Office team at boxoffice@atlanticfilm.ca to schedule a pickup time.

    During AIFF 2026 (September 16 – 23), merchandise will also be available for purchase at regular prices, both online and on site at Cineplex Cinemas Park Lane, Halifax.

    Merchandise purchased online during the festival must be picked up at the Festival Box Office, located at Cineplex Cinemas Park Lane.

  • A maximum of 2 items may be purchased per person.

  • Cancellations are not accepted after placing a pre-order.

  • Merchandise is intended for personal use only and may not be resold for commercial purposes.
