Synopsis:

Language is an expression of a people's worldview, and is vital to informing the value and ideals of its speakers. Focusing on the language revitalization efforts of the Children of the Taku, a grassroots group of Inland Tlingit women from Atlin (BC), Carcross (YT) and Teslin (YT), we will follow the group and their efforts toward "Creating a Lingít World" in which only Lingít language is spoken, fostering a true Lingít perspective and mindset within each individual. The entire feature will be in the Tlingít language with English subtitles.
